First of all, welcome to theglutenfreetable.com.au which is owned and operated by The Gluten Free Table ABN 91 831 255 104. This page outlines the terms and conditions that you, our wonderful customers agree to abide with when you browse and purchase our products. If you disagree with any of these terms please feel free to get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.
We may update these terms & conditions from time to time but we’ll ensure that the latest version is always here on the website for you to view.
The terms and conditions contained on this page are to be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia as wells as Australian Consumer Law. The Gluten Free Table owns the rights to this website and unless indicated, owns or has permission to all the content and material appearing on theglutenfreetable.com.au.
When you purchase anything from this website, you are making an offer to us to purchase the items and acceptance of the offer takes place when we email you confirmation of your order. Therefore, we do reserve the right to accept or decline any purchase/order that you may make on theglutenfreetable.com.au. If we do unfortunately have to decline your offer, we will provide you with a full refund of the declined order.
If you do purchase anything from theglutenfreetable.com.au you are providing your agreement that you are above the age of 18, have authorisation of the credit or debit card used to make the purchase and have the proper legal capacity to be able to enter into agreement to the terms and conditions set out in this document.
We will never store your credit card details. All Charges are facilitated through a third-party payment processing service (e.g. Stripe Inc., or Braintree, a division of PayPal Inc.). The Gluten Free Table may replace its third-party payment processing services without notice to you. You can find more information on the Stripe service here. We will never risk your personal information and will only use PCI Compliant providers.
For parcels delivered within Australia we will aim for all products orders to be dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed. Delivery via Sendle within Australia takes between 4-7 working days after the order has been dispatched, depending on your location. We will notify you as soon as we become aware that this may not be the case. The cost of delivery is calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the product. For packages under 5kg we charge a flat rate of $10. All heavier packages will be charged a flat rate of $20.
The moment you accept delivery of your purchases from The Gluten Free Table you agree that the products have been received in an acceptable condition and all risks associated with the products are now your responsibility.
If we supply an incorrect product, please notify us on at email@example.com within 48 hours of delivery and as long as the product is unopened we will arrange the correct product to be sent at no additional cost. We do not exchange or refund for change of mind, individual tastes or incorrect products ordered. In the instance that a product may have exceeded its use by date when received, or is faulty in some way, The Gluten Free Table will replace the product at no additional cost.
